Canary Islands, Morocco and Northern Europe cruise on Seabourn Ovation – Day 9 – Puerto Rosario, Fuerteventura – Final Pics!

Hi Again Gang! We had a great evening. Dinner was yummy as always. I had the crab salad and sunchoke (artichoke) soup as appetizers. Kathy had the spring chicken cassoulet “enncroute” (chicken pot pie!) and baby spinach with duck confit for her appetizers. For our mains, Kathy had the scallops with short ribs and I had the Dover sole and had them add a few scallops. For our desserts, Kathy had the vanilla and dark chocolate mousse and I had the coconut chocolate meringue and chocolate caramel nougat. It was all so yummy!

After dinner we went to the show which was a virtuoso pianist named Adam Johnson from London. He called his show “Dancing Keys” and he played Tango, ballet and other dance related music. You should have seen his fingers flying across those keys. Just amazing!

We got back on track and ended our evening listening to the smooth music of Ana and Humberto. Tomorrow is a sea day so we get to sleep in! Hope everyone had a great Friday!
