Hi All one last time today! Well Kathy was feeling a lot better and made it out to dinner and the show. YAY! She had the same starter I had last night which was the Caesar Salad with garlic shrimp while I had the tuna (which they called salmon on the menu but you can tell by the picture it’s tuna). I also tried the Asparagus soup which was really tasty.
For our mains we both got the beef short ribs. They were cooked perfectly and fell apart when you cut them. And we both did the chocolate and peanut butter mousse for dessert. So yummy!
After dinner we went to the show which was the same singer we had a few nights ago named Ricardo Alfonso. He sang music from his musical icons such as Queen, ABBA, Stevie Wonder and Michael Bolton. He once again blew the audience away with his vocals and stories.
Finally, after the show, we did what we always do which is listen to the smooth jazz sounds of Ana and Humberto in the Observation Lounge. They are so good!
Tomorrow we go to our third Canary Island called El Hierro and are again renting a car for the day and cruising around the whole island. Should be fun. Wish us luck!
