Hi Again Gang! We had another nice dinner and great evening tonight. We started dinner with Caramelized scallops that were very yummy (I forgot to take a pic!). For a second appetizer I got a Caesar salad with garlic shrimp. For our mains Kathy got a New York Strip Steak with peppercorn sauce and I got the Mahi Mahi. For dessert Kathy got the banana split (without the banana!) and I got the peanut butter/dark chocolate bar with whipped cream (Mmmmm!).
After dinner we went to the show which was a comedian/magician named Mandy Muden. She’s one of the world’s only female Comedy Magicians. And she’s played for the Queen at Buckingham Palace several times! She was really funny and along with her cool magic she did some mind reading on the audience. So funny!
After that we ended our night as we always do… yep, listening to smooth jazz with Ana and Humberto. Tomorrow we’re on to our next Canary Island, Tenerife. Happy Monday!
