Hi Folks! Did I tell you before I love sea days? Of course I did! They are so relaxing and when you’re being waited on hand and foot on a beautiful ship like this you really are blessed and we are.
I let Kathy sleep in and went down to the French restaurant for breakfast. I had to try their signature eggs Benedict which included caviar, ooo-la-la! I also had the Avocado toast (trying to pretend to be a millennial)! Lol.
After breakfast we went to a speaker discussing how best to edit your photos. He gave some great tips! After that we listened to a speaker discuss the various UNESCO sites in the Caribbean. After that on to trivia with the theme being music. We did not do well!
Then on to lunch and lots of relaxing in the afternoon. We did listen to the port talk about tomorrow’s port and are excited to visit. And we stumbled across a pool table they had tucked away in one of the lounges but we didn’t play.
For dinner we went back to the steakhouse (Marble & Co.). We tried the pork belly for an appetizer (yummy) and the ribeye and lobster tail (of course!) for the main. Their cuts of meat are such great quality that we are spoiled! Couldn’t afford that at home! Lol
After dinner we changed up our routine a bit. We did the show, slots and piano like we always do but also added karaoke! No, no, no… we just listened, we didn’t sing! They’d throw us off the ship if we did!
Tomorrow we go to Saint Pierre in Martinique. We have a private tour there. Can’t wait! Happy Hump Day to all!
