Well gang, today’s word of the day was WOW! The highlight was definitely dinner in their specialty restaurant, The Thomas Keller Grill (think The French Laundry)! The food was amazing and the service was top notch. We really felt like we were dining in a Michelin 5 Star restaurant. Just over the top in all aspects.
But before dinner there was also good eating going on for breakfast. I let Kathy sleep in and I went to the Main Dining Room for breakfast. It’s nice getting waited on vs just doing the buffet. And all the food is freshly made just for you.
After breakfast we played trivia. We are playing with a fun group of people that pretty much come every time. We didn’t do great at trivia but our same trivia group came back together later in the afternoon to play Name That Tune and we did great. We tied for first but lost in the tie breaker. So close!
In between we got some sun laying by the pool. Kathy’s getting a very nice tan and if I get any darker I’m afraid people will think I’m a different heritage! Lol.
Well tomorrow is our last full day and it too is a sea day so it will probably be a wash, rinse, repeat day like today! Enjoy all the food pics!
