Lagos – Final Day

Tuesday 9/10/19 – I enjoyed my short stay in Lagos. Today was my last full day since tomorrow I catch the bus back to Lisbon to stay one night and fly home on Thursday.

This morning I did one of my favorite excursions of all time. Took a 2 hour boat ride along the coast. The first hour was in a big sail boat just cruising and enjoying the beautiful scenery. Then they took us in smaller motor boats all thru the tiny grottoes in the Cliffs. It was really fun and the scenery was amazing.

In the afternoon I took the bus over to Sagres and Cape St Vincent, which is the southern most point of Portugal. Again, just beautiful scenery.

The same as yesterday, I’m just going to let the pictures do the talking. All of the pictures except the last one were from the grottoes trip. The last pic is the southern most point in Portugal. And in that first pic, I don’t have my hat on backwards to be all coolio and stuff, it was so windy that’s the only way I could keep it on without it flying off!

And for those that enjoy seeing the pictures of my meals, I ate light today and only had fish soup, some delicious olives and some good crusty bread. The pic of the soap was not very exciting so I figured you’d rather see scenery than soup!

Happy Tuesday to all!
