Rainy Day in Paradise

First off, yesterday's cool sky pictures were all sunsets. Isn't it hard to tell 
them apart? 
 
Well I woke up today and it looked like it was going to be a pretty nice day so 
I decided to splurge and book a helicopter tour of the island. It ended up 
turning into a monsoon, so the helicopter place called me and said the flight 
was cancelled. Bummer! But the good news was they had a slot open on Thurs with 
a "doors off" flight. That was actually what I wanted initially but they were 
booked. It's supposed to be a real rush and great for pictures (no glare from 
the glass). Should be fun and I hope to send some really cool pics from it 
tomorrow. 
 
So when I couldn't do the heli tour I thought what's there to do on such a rainy 
day. Hmmmm... YES! I'll do a shave ice taste test!! So if you remember, the 
first day I tried one at Jo Jo's, which claimed to be one of the best so today I 
tried the one that is truly claimed to be the best and after much hard work... 
it's the winner! Yep this one beat Jo Jo's hands down, but the reigning champ is 
still the one on Maui! You'll love the name of the store that sells this one... 
Hee Fat General Store. That will be what they'll be calling me if I keep doing 
these taste tests! Caution - just looking at the picture of it can add calories! 
🙂 And it was so stormy that even the little baby chickens were scared and were 
hiding under their Mama's bellies. Isn't that picture cute?
